When I took two concert posters to him not only did he help me make the best decisions for matte colors, shapes, and frame sizes, he did so at the best prices I could find in town. His turn around time was incredible (day of), where as I’ve had friends wait 4-6 weeks for the same type of job from other local business, and he was even nice enough to deliver them to me since I was close by and don’t have a car. “Frank was super helpful and really knowledgeable about the best mats and frames for your picture. I came in with the simple thought of “black frame with white mat,” but Frank really took the time to invite me in and guide me through the process. Together, we looked at the pieces I wanted to get framed, and he really helped expand my horizons on how much a good frame job does to accentuate the art itself! I was in no rush to get these framed, but Frank was able to hand-deliver the pieces to my house in no time at all following a holiday weekend. I really appreciated how he took the time to also call and text to make sure the got the orientation and colors right. We had a little mishap where the color mat we initially chose was damaged, and he called me right away with an even better option he was able to come up with - a beautiful double mat that looked even better than what we initially found!
